Welcome to
Panola-Harrison Electric Cooperative.

Panola-Harrison Electric Co-op was organized in 1937 and
serves HarrisonĀ & Panola counties in Texas, and Caddo & Desoto parishes in Louisiana.

Our mission is to serve our members with the
"Highest Quality Service at the Most Economical Price".

Press Release:
The Panola-Harrison Annual Meeting will be held on April 19, 2014 @ 10:00 am at the Marshall Convention Center

Although our base rates have not gone up since 2004, our area is experiencing one of the coldest winters we have had in recent years, thus KWH (Kilowatt Hour) usage has gone up higher than normal. Also, please note the number of "days billed" on your bill are sometimes greater than 30 or 31. One month it may only be for 27 days while the next bill will reflect possibly 36 days of usage depending upon how the meter reading cycle was completed the previous month. Throughout the year however, your bill will still average out to 30-31 days.

Attention all Louisiana members - As of January 1, 2014 neither cash or checks will be collected in the field (at customer's location). However, we will accept money orders as a form of payment when necessary to make payment to service man in the field.
