We have found the issue. The transmission line is now back on to Leigh and power will be restored to members shortly. We are waiting on AEP to clear their line off of ours before we can turn the Baldwin substation back on. There will be a blink in power for all members in Texas while we turn the Baldwin substation back on. We will update when power has been restored to all members.
